The process
Every project phase is carefully progressed, with multiple benchmarking stages within each of the six main stages.
1. Scoping
We take pride in clear pricing and fast turnarounds during the quoting stage. Working closely with project partners at this stage ensures there are no banana skins later.
2. Preparation
Once the quote is accepted, we get to work ordering materials and designing the façade. This design will go through a thorough feedback and sign-off process before any work is started.
3. Measurement
Only with a diligent and expert full-site measure can we proceed with confidence.
4. Fabrication
Panels are then cutout and machined on our CNC equipment, folded manually and then prepared for delivery to site.
5. Installation
Once arriving on site our team carefully manages the installation process. A fitting guide covers panel layout, location, and double-checking of all measurements.
6. Finishing
Our QA processes and hand-over diligence ensures absolute peace of mind for the client and our project partners.
